Can I set follow-up reminders?
Yes — you can mark an interaction as “pending”, or “urgent”. This will then create a notice to remind you to follow up that interaction. Each interaction notice (pending or urgent) has its own colour code is always visible until actioned.
🛠️ Can I customize it?
Yes! You can:
- Add your company details on the main page
- Use or create custom templates for recurring interactions
- Edit staff access permissions to meet your needs
- Choose how much access someone has to your database, like:
- Allow staff to only see interactions if they have their phone number
- Allocate / assign interactions to staff
- Only allow staff to see interactions assigned to them
- Limit peoples view to only recent interaction
- Only let people see pending interactions
- Choose if certain staff can edit messages

Who created ThePhoneLog?
The Phone Log was created by Nick Petrovic — a psychologist, and founder of the Mind Profile Psychology Clinic — to help people track their interactions in a purposeful and efficient way.
Initially this software was created and tested in house at Mind Profile, and then was fine tuned and perfected to becoming not just any phone log, but “The Phone Log”. A lot of psychology went into make the user experience and easy and as enjoyable!

We’re just getting started. Here’s a rough roadmap for future development:
